Raina Bouyer is a Black American nonbinary hobbyist artist who has been illustrating and sharing their work online since 2017. Currently a student majoring in Studio Art at Georgia State University, Raina creates original character concept art and design that tests the boundaries and limitless nature of color. As a fan artist, she explores reinterpreting beloved characters—often of which she challenges how to creatively imagine black culture and its aesthetics onto their iconic traits.
